Our simulations generate results for large metropolitan regions. Our initial work has been the Bay Area. The models use the SFCTA Champ 6 model for travel demand. These two figures show the simulated Vehicle Hours Delay (VHD) by city and Vehicle Miles Travelled (VMT) by city.
Check back as we expand our city level reporting and also include the Southern California Area Governments region. Click on the regions of interest to see the report.
VMT is normalized by population to determine a per capita VMT.
Emissions are estimated based on fuel models for the vehicles in the simulation.
